Supply Chain Administrator

Salary: Market Related depending on qualifications and experience
Description: A dynamic, driven and growing company operating in the local and international personal care market are seeking a well presented Supply Chain Administrator to join their technical team at their new factory based in Amanzintoti (20 mins outside of Durban). As a Supply Chain Administrator you will report to the Planning Manager and will be required to:

• Assist in the development and improvement of the factory production plan
• Ensure the the factory production plan is in line with key policies and sales forecasts
• Assist with the planning of sub-assembly and finished good SKU\\\\\'s.
• Assist with bill of materials building in Syspro
• Ensuring that product codes and data are maintained
• Assist with maintaining stock levels and ensuring procedures are adhered to for write-off\\\\\'s and obsolete stock
• Assist with the admin check list for new product launches to ensure all crucial steps are completed
• Assist buying departments with orders and working with suppliers to arrange deliveries
• Supply chain administration such as matching of GRN’s and Invoices, PO receipts.
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process

General Requirements: • Matric maths pass of a minimum “C” for higher grade only
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 12 month experience in supply chain administration
• Advanced Excel skills
• Project management and/or Syspro experience advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability use your iniative and independently make decisions whilst under under pressure
• Strong numeracy and accounting skills with excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to hold individuals and teams accountable to deliverables and timelines;
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multi-task.
