| General Requirements: | • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, further management qualifications will be advantageous • Minimum 10 years relevant work experience with a proven track record • Fluent or strong Afrikaans communication skills • Own transport and Valid driver’s licence • Willing to work overtime and weekends • Candy and Build Smart knowledge would be advantageous • Estimating Experience • Live in or around St Helena Bay or willing to relocate to St Helena Bay |
