If you are a strong, independent and progressive Sales Manager with experience in the plastics, retail or bottling industry this could be the exciting opportunity you have been looking for.
• Manage a customer services team
• Develop and leverage a strong industry network in the Southern African Retail and Bottling sectors
• Ability to interact at Executive level
• Analyze future industry needs and sell relevant systems and solutions
• Prepare project justifications with robust market analysis, future needs identification and financial feasibility
• Provide strategic direction for the company
• Actively participate in government partnerships and industry associations
• Execute on annual departmental KPIs

• Relevant tertiary degree
• Own reliable vehicle
• 10 years’ of relevant experience, 5 of which at a senior level
• Bottling / plastics / retail industry experience
• Excellent understanding of Supply Chain industry
• Financially astute
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Data driven
• Outstanding communication skills – ability to converse easily at executive level
• Experience with SalesForce, Syspro and Shopware advantageous
