Sales Manager – “R” Market Related + Comm.– JHB – Perm - Immediate start – Open to all

Description: Our client is looking to appoint a Manager to manage their sales team, to ensure consistent revenue and achieve growth through the implementation of the sales strategy. The Sales Manager will report to the Managing Director.

Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Sales strategy development & implementation;
• Competitor awareness;
• Sales team (HO & in-field) management & performance measurement against targets;
• Overall management of the sales department;
• Ensure effective dealer administration management;
• Drive ad-hoc promotions to increase revenue & in accordance with network requirements;
• Administration duties & reporting;
• Vehicle & equipment management;
• Region representation and recruitment management;
• Network & Client relations;
• Employee on-boarding & general/on-going training;

General Requirements: 5 – 10 years’ experience;
Degree in Marketing/Sales
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent relationship development & management skills;
Report building & reporting skills;
Valid drivers license required and own vehicle
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
