| General Requirements: | Profile and character • Mature person ideally +/-35 – 45 years • Needs to be dynamic, responsible with good communication skills • Driven and ambitious • Needs to be Sales Driven and focused on business development and building client relationships • Competent manager abilities and good business acumen • Need to be experienced with operational management and planning • Business qualification will be beneficial • Electrical and/or construction qualification • Electrical construction experience (Experienced with electrical tenders, consulting engineers, electrical engineers) Realistic Work Expectation • We are a small business in Namibia (With a lot of potential) and a medium size business in South Africa (Under SME) • Needs to be based in Windhoek, our other branch is in Walvis Bay. • Regular travelling is required between branches and across Namibia, projects are fast distances apart. • Working hours Mon-Friday from 7:00 – 17:00, apart from further Management responsibilities and reporting In terms of compensation the following: • Negotiable dependent on experience and qualification • Gross salary range R480k – R600k pm • Future shareholding options if business development goals are achieved • Standard 15 days leave If you fit the requirements please send your CV to micky@therecruiters.co.za |
