Description: We are looking for a Host/anchor to join our vibrant & energetic team.
We are very excited about filling this position with someone who has experience in keeping guests happy and entertained. Experience is essential.

General Requirements: Prime Objective of Job:
Ensuring excellent customer service at all times and at all times exceeding guests expectations of a 5 star experience.

• Core Competencies of the Job:
• Day to Day Operation of Lodge.
• Dealing with guest complaints.
• Hosting during Meals
• Arranging and Hosting experiences for our guests to ensure we spoil them and exceed their expectations.
• Checking In and Check outs of all guests
• Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Supervising housekeeping
• Conducting weekly staff meetings.
• Completing Weekly rooming list.
• Ensure all departments are aware of upcoming events and ensuring that all extra items are ordered in advance.
• Handing over to Lodge Manager on her return.
• Standards – ensuring the set standards of the lodge are met at all times. Guest happiness is key
• Assist all departments when an Anchor is absent.
• Employers or management may require other tasks to be done not listed in this description.
• Ensuring any maintenance issues are dealt with or proper handover is given to Lodge Manager. This should in no way affect a guest
• Monthly Report to be given to Lodge Manager
• Operational Requirements
• Training requirements for the upcoming month.
• Stock: Stock levels are to be kept at an adequate level, to maximise profit and minimise wastage. Bearing in mind at all times our guests need and the Lodges is a 5 star Lodge. In your absence (Days off or leave) you will be required to ensure that adequate stock levels are available to your department staff.

5) Drivers License
6) Min of 2 years’ experience at a 5* establishment and similar position.

Package – Live in: inclusive of Accommodation, Meals, Lights & Water, and Laundry Service, Uniforms annually,
Cycle – 3 weeks on and 1 week off/month
