Description: The HR / Office Manager role is key to the success of our client’s business. They are a leader in the Renewable Energy industry and due to their exponential growth they currently have a vacancy for a qualified HR person who is looking to be involved in more than just the HR side of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity in a global organization.
The successful candidate will need to flexible, versatile and be able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day to ensure smooth running of the office as well as managing the people.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
• Detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite
• Have a proven record of working in an extremely fast paced environment
• 2+ years in a business or senior level executive assistant role
• HR qualification with proven experience in the field of 5+ years.
• Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with complex calendar management experience
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
• Desire to hit the ground running
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven team player
• Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential material
• Ability to work autonomously with little direction and make decisions as needed
