Duties and responsibilities:
• Ensuring that support queries are managed per platform and attended to timeously
• Ensuring the quality of support of the platforms & its users is above industry standard
• Provide customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding support expectations
• Provide an efficient and professional frontline service to the digital solutions team and its clients
• Communicating with the client and the digital team to ensure that the platform/system is running correctly
• Documenting and understanding client requirement briefs and meeting minutes
• Document support briefs in an efficient manner to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the internal & customer’s specifications
• To customise solutions to meet their requirements and those of the end–user
• Support the on-boarding of clients on our platforms
• Logging and resolving customer & support issues
• Assist with documentation of support documentation, training guides and other resources
• Escalation and reproduction of technical issues to the development team
• Maintain documentation and logs for all Change Requests\Bug Fixes received from client
• Supporting clients and monitoring client adoption and system usage
• Maintain effective communication with the project software team
• Provide support reports for all clients and platforms
• Ensure efficient and professional customer service between the client and the company
• Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure

General Requirements: 3 Year Diploma or Degree in I.T - NOT NEGOTIABLE
Knowledge of PowerBI an advantage
Microsoft – Advanced level (Excel & Word) and Office 365
Support & Project Management Systems e.g.: Team Services, Jira Service Desk, Atlassian Jira, Zendesk
Knowledge of general system support
